01Can I choose a team member?
Yes. Choose a person or select best available to see the widest range of times.
02Can I reschedule or cancel online?
The customer account shows available controls. Notice periods are set by the administrator and can differ by business.
03Will I receive SMS reminders?
No. Avenlo uses email and private in-app notifications only. It does not include SMS or phone notifications.
04What if a group session is full?
If waiting lists are enabled, you can register interest. A release can trigger an email when a place becomes available.
05Are payments secure?
When Stripe is enabled, card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and never stored by this website.
06Is the demonstration business real?
No. Avenlo names, people, addresses and results on this demo are fictional template content.
